2. Use of the Platform
TradeCall India is a property and business listing portal serving Palwal, Faridabad, Gurugram, Sonipat, Panipat, Hodal, Hathin, Hassanpur, and Delhi. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Listing Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your listings is accurate, complete, and not misleading. TradeCall India reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or contains false information.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not post listings for properties you do not own or have authority to list, fraudulent or misleading listings, duplicate listings for the same property, or content that violates any applicable law.
5. Payments
Payments for featured, premium, or banner packages are non-refundable once the promotion has been activated. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TradeCall India, including logos, text, and images, is the property of TradeCall India or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TradeCall India is not responsible for any transactions between buyers and sellers, the accuracy of listings posted by users, or any disputes arising from property transactions facilitated through our platform.
